In addition to the traditional Warrior Women Run, this year's event includes a special girls' warrior run, encouraging young girls to embrace their inner strength and determination. NO REFUNDS
No, similar to a concert or other limited capacity event, we do not offer refunds of any kind. Given the size of the event, it’s our priority to serve the hundreds of people that will be in attendance and make sure they are taken care of with early ordering of items like shirts, medals, and more. These items have to be ordered months in advance. This applies to injuries or any reasons for refunds (other than duplicate orders).
We cannot plan properly with a limited entry race and allow registrations and refunds throughout the registration process. Similar to a sold out music concert, once your ticket is purchased, there are no refunds and you are responsible for finding someone to
transfer to.

Parking will be clearly marked and easy to access for all participants and spectators.
Please arrive early for onsite registration. Also allow time for parking and a short walk to the start area.
Volunteers will be on site to help direct traffic and answer any questions.
We encourage carpooling when possible and ask everyone to follow posted signage and staff instructions to keep race morning running smoothly.

Where is the race located?
All races will start and finish at same location for all races. Location varies for each race. Follow posted signage and event staff directions when you arrive.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30-45 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow time for parking, registration, check-in, and warm-up.
Will there be bag check?
Yes! Bag pick-up will be available so you can enjoy the race and after party hands-free.
Do participants receive a medal?
Yes! 🏅 All registered participants will receive a custom finisher medal and race bib.
Are walkers welcome?
Absolutely! Runners, joggers, and walkers are all welcome this event is designed for all fitness levels.
Is the course stroller friendly?
Yes, just be cautious of the terrain. Please use a jogging stroller that is safe.
Will there be restrooms available?
Yes, portable restrooms will be available at the start/finish area.
Can I bring spectators?
Yes! Spectators are welcome to cheer runners on and enjoy the after party atmosphere.
What happens if weather conditions change?
The race will take place rain or shine. Any weather related updates will be shared via email and social media.
